Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our Tumbling Program is built on clear progressions and expert instruction—designed to help every athlete build confidence through movement. Whether your child is just starting out or working toward advanced passes, we meet each athlete where they are and help them grow the right way. With consistent coaching, a focus on safe technique, and a positive learning environment, our classes help athletes gain strength, flexibility, control, and skill—one step at a time.

Recreational Class Options

Ages 3-5

This fun and energetic class is designed for our youngest athletes! Kids will develop coordination, body awareness, and confidence while learning basic tumbling movements through games, obstacle courses, and structured instruction!

Ages 5+

Great for beginners, this class introduces the foundations of tumbling. Athletes will focus on body positions, strength, flexibility, and skills like forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.

Ages 5+

For athletes ready to go beyond the basics, this class focuses on front and back walkovers. Drills target flexibility, control, and technique while reinforcing strength and foundational skills.

Ages 5+

This class builds on walkover technique with advanced progressions and combinations. Athletes will refine form and begin connecting walkovers into more complex passes to prepare for aerial and handspring work.

Ages 5+

Athletes in this class will learn back handsprings and front handsprings. Through drills, spotting, and shaping, we focus on safe technique, strength, and power to master springing skills.

Ages 5+

For athletes with consistent standing and running back handsprings, this class works on series handsprings and combination passes. Emphasis is on speed, control, and connecting skills with confidence.

Ages 5+

This class introduces athletes to back tucks, both standing and in a running pass. We break down the tuck with drills that improve timing, rotation, and technique while maintaining strong fundamentals.

Ages 5+

This class is for athletes who have a strong foundation in their back tucks and are ready to clean up technique and build consistency. Focus is placed on refining standing and running back tucks, connecting tucks out of passes, and improving height, control, and landings.
